A goes by my feeling dish... surprisingly it turn out well! :) My very own New York Meatball...
Meat: Marinate with black pepper, salt, onion, potato starch, spices for a day.. add in parmesan cheese and bread crump.. roll and squeeze them into ball.. coat with Kentucky fried chicken flour and pan fried it..
Sauce: Stir fried white button mushroom with Salsa (tomato, spring onion, onion, basil *if u have*), add in tomato puree.. stir fry for a min.. sprinkle some parmesan cheese to make the sauce thicker continue to stir for another 30 sec.. pour sauce over crispy meatball... Sprinkle some parmesan cheese to garnish
Total ingredient cost: About $6 for 2 person portion
